EditVista Salary & Commission Structure This salary structure defines the payment model for different roles at EditVista, ensuring fair compensation for each team member based on their contribution.


  1. CEO (Vardan Pathak – Owner & Founder) Base Salary:

Profit-Based (No Fixed Salary)

Earnings Model:

100% of company profits after team payments

Bonuses: ₹10,000+ bonus per ₹2,00,000+ revenue month Extra profit shares on big deals & premium clients


  1. Salesman (Client Acquisition & Lead Generation)

Earnings Model: 100% Commission-Based

Commission Breakdown: Short-Form Video Editing (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.) → 15% – 30% per deal

Long-Form Video Editing (YouTube, Podcasts, etc.) → 10% – 25% per deal

Monthly Retainer Clients → 10% – 20% per deal Bulk Editing Projects (10+ videos in one order) → 10% – 20% per deal

Bonuses: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 for bringing high-ticket clients Extra ₹5,000 for ₹1,00,000+ in monthly sales


  1. Video Editor (Project Execution & Editing)

Earnings Model: Fixed per project or Monthly Salary (for in-house editors)

Payment Per Video: Short-Form Video (₹500 – ₹5,000 per edit) → ₹250 – ₹3,500 per video

Long-Form Video (₹5,000 – ₹50,000 per edit) → ₹3,000 – ₹30,000 per video

Retainer Clients (₹15,000 – ₹1,00,000/month) → ₹10,000 – ₹75,000 per month Bulk Orders (Negotiable Based on Quantity)

Bonuses: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 bonus for on-time delivery & quality work


  1. Project Manager (Handles Operations & Client Communication)

Earnings Model: Fixed Salary + Performance Bonuses

Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on workload)

Bonuses: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000 based on smooth execution & client satisfaction
